Refund & Refund Policy

At GiftyfyNG, we strive to provide the highest quality corporate gift items and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

– Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
– Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
– Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

– Gift cards.

– Sale or clearance items.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. You may be required to provide proof of the defect or damage, such as a photograph.

4. Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@giftyfyng.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and materials. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [14] days.

5. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@giftyfyng.com.

6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:
